Born in Athens, his first contact with yoga was during his travel in America when he was just 20 years old …
It’s in India, under the guidance of Dr. Ramesh Sherry and Dr. Vishwas Mandlik that he completed his training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and in Yoga Therapy
To complete his profile, he has also accomplished the Swedish, athletic and Ayurvedic massage at the NHS School as well as anatomy, pathology, physiology & he completed his first Thai massage training at Sunshine House (by Takis Eiconomou (Krisnhataki).
Since 2012 Alex organizes and teaches seminars mainly in Athens and abroad (London, Beirut, etc.).

An ancient form of massage, developed in Thailand 2500 years ago. Fully clothed massage, done on the floor, uses passive stretching and pressure, along the body, to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension, balance the body’s energy systems

HATHA YOGA: 1hr 15min.
The practice of Asanas (postures), designed to align and calm the body and the mind.
VINYASA YOGA: 1hr
Particular series of poses in a certain flow, from one pose to the other, to increase the body heat, to sweat and build strength.
YIN YOGA: 1hr
Slow-paced practice, with poses that are held for a longer period of time(from 45 sec to 5 min). Apply moderate stretch to the connective tissues of the body-tendons, fasciae, ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints and increase flexibility.
PRANAYAMA: 45 min.
The practice of breath control, via energizing and relaxing techniques, in a sitting position. Increase the flow of the O2 in the body, energize all the internal organs and calm the mind.
YOGA NIDRA: 45min.
Guided relaxation technique, while lying down with eyes closed, that relaxes the body and the mind.
